Easter is one of the signs Spring is here. This Easter Chick is made from a small handle dipper gourd. He is hand painted, each design is one of a kind. This Chickie is not alone he has some friends with him, three little chicks one dressed up like a bunny. The gourd is painted with bright spring colors to brighten up any space.
This Chick measures 14.5 inches in height 5.5 inches diameter & sits on his own.
After curing, I clean, paint, dye & sometimes carve the gourds. Cured gourds shell becomes hard & can last a lifetime.
